Residence Village is situated about 5 minutes' walk from Ponta Negra Beach and 40 km from Augusto Severo airport. At this apartment, located at a distance of 6 km from Barreira do Inferno Launch Center Air Force Base, guests can exercise in a fitness club or relax in an outdoor pool area.
A 5-minute drive will take you to Cidade Jardim Shopping Mall.

During my Thanksgiving stay at Residence Village, I was delighted by the warm hospitality and impeccable service provided by the owner Ennio. the spacious apartment with a beach view was fantastic, but what truly stood out was the proximity to the ocean, just 200 meters away. the ocean view was breathtaking! Everything about the experience was top-notch, but being so close to the ocean was truly special. I am grateful for the wonderful stay and highly recommend Residence Village for a memorable getaway.
